Guilherme is a student in Biological Sciences at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). He aims to work on nature conservation using inclusive teaching practices. He collaborates with Rastro Sustentabilidade, a company working on sustainability issues, raising awareness on the sustainable use of natural resources and production of organic food. He has a degree in Gastronomy (International Chef and Pâtissier) from UNIVALI. Guilherme has been a volunteer in the Horus Institute pine control program in Florianópolis for a few years.
A boy scout from an early age, he loves to go camping, hiking, mountain climbing, swimming, team sports and helping others on any occasion.
